Defintion:
The intentional cultivation of relationships among churches, pastors, and ministry leaders for the purpose of encouragement, cooperation, resource sharing, and mutual strengthening in biblical ministry.
Pastors and church leaders often serve in challenging and isolated contexts. Networking provides opportunities for mutual encouragement and fellowship.
Churches can accomplish more together than they can alone by sharing resources, opportunities, and ministry experience.
Ideas, publications, training opportunities, and practical ministry tools can be shared among fellowships.
Building relationships creates opportunities for churches and leaders to pray for and support one another.

Healthy churches are strengthened through meaningful relationships. CSCE seeks to connect pastors, churches, church planters, and ministry leaders throughout the Great Plains to encourage one another, share resources, pray together, and cooperate in biblical ministry.
Whether your church is seeking encouragement, pulpit assistance, ministry resources, church planting guidance, or connections with other like-minded churches, CSCE desires to help foster relationships that strengthen local churches and advance the Gospel.
Whether you are a pastor, church leader, church planter, or ministry worker, we would welcome the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about your ministry.
