Kiowa Independent Congregational Church in Kiowa, Oklahoma, is entering a new season of ministry and renewal. The past year has marked an important season of transition and renewal for the church. A new doctrinal statement and church name were approved, and a revised constitution is currently being developed. Most excitingly, the church recently welcomed a new missionary pastor through Central States Church Extension, Pastor Daniel Stanley. Daniel, his wife Abby, and their two children are settling into the community and ministry. The church also celebrated its first baptism by immersion in recent history — an encouraging milestone for the congregation.
