Ken is retired from the National Weather Service after 32 years of service, most of which was in leadership, mentoring and developing leaders in the agency of 4,500 people. He served as a church elder in a rural church for 8 years and was campus chair of a multi-campus church of 1,200. His passion is preaching God’s word and helping churches lead to the future. He is married with two grown children. He likes the outdoors, gardening, woodworking, camping, and sports. He coached volleyball and basketball, and plays competitive racquetball, traveling to tournaments with his family and playing with his son.
