Larry Windle

Dr. Larry Windle and his wife, Ruth, have dedicated their lives to preparing Christian leaders for effective service in the local church and around the world. After receiving biblical training at Prairie Bible Institute, they entered ministry together and joined Rio Grande Bible Ministries in South Texas in 2003. As President of Rio Grande Bible Ministries, Larry oversees a broad ministry focused on theological education, missions, evangelism, and leadership development throughout the Spanish-speaking world. His heart for training faithful servants of Christ and strengthening local churches has made him a respected leader within both Rio Grande and IFCA International.
